Josh Musgrave
Pastor/Elder
Josh completed a Bible degree in 2004. Shortly after graduation, he married his high school sweetheart, Priscilla, and began graduate school. After a year of graduate work, he accepted the call to return to Colorado and serve as the Youth Pastor of his home church, Highlands Baptist Church.
Josh and Priscilla moved to Castle Rock, and Josh became the replant Pastor at Calvary Crossway in January of 2009, known as Harvest Baptist Church. He has been privileged to watch God slowly revitalize the church and cause it to thrive in Castle Rock. Josh's burden is to see Jesus made non-ignorable in Castle Rock.
He is pursuing his counseling certification through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors and continuing his education with a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from The Master's University.
The Musgraves have six daughters. In his free time, Josh can be found in the garage or mountains with his family, mountain biking, hiking, or four-wheeling.

Matt Marrs
Worship Leader
Matt grew up in Louisiana where he received a Bachelors of Music Performance in 2010. That is where he and his wife, Kristin, helped plant and serve Bridge Church for 8 years where it still makes a community impact today. In 2017, the Marrs family made a career and scenic shift from the mossy trees of Louisiana to the rocky mountains of Colorado. Matt served as the Director of Digital Strategy at Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) for 6 years before starting his own content agency Trend Your Market.
Matt and Kristin joined the Calvary Crossway Church in May of 2020. "Our musical worship is the outward expression of who we believe Jesus is in our daily lives. It should mimic our beliefs in the good and hard times. Not something that only shows up on Sunday."
If he is not playing guitar, he is definitely playing with his kids, cooking something, or bragging about his wife.
